Vipul Lathi

Vipul Lathi a Qualified Chartered Accountant by profession and has a vast experience of more than 10 years in handling IPOs, Rights Issue and Private Placement. He is a hardcore Finance Professional. Having years of hands on experience in Debt Structuring, Debt Syndication, Transaction Advisory, Project Finance and Trade Credit Financing. Vipul also has extensive experience in Liaison with Banks and is well versed with various Financial Products. Carrying out quantitative analysis involving valuation assignments relating to specific cases using different valuation techniques is his forte. He has independently handled Due Diligence activities for issues of various types relating to primary and secondary markets. His niche area of expertise is Merchant Banking and handling Corporate Actions such as Takeover, Buybacks, Private Placements, Rights Issue, Mergers & Demergers. His hands-on drafting skills and exposure of all activities relating to Investment Banking is a bankable asset for the Company.

The rich & diverse experience of Mr. Lathi including that in some of the landmark transactions and corporate actions, in-house research and knowledge management set-up fuels the intrinsic attitude of the group to offer innovative, out-of-box solutions to dynamic business needs along with turn-key execution support. He believes in providing round the clock visibility with best in class turnaround time to the clients. Vipul also holds Masters in Law and Masters in Construction Management. A man of a few words and a lot of action, he has been entrusted and respected by many for his rightful decision making and caring approach. Krishna Rathi is a Commerce Graduate (B. Com) and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), with Finance as his specialization. He is also a Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in International Trade. He has over 12 years of experience in the fields of Company Law Compliances, Secretarial Audit, Arbitration & Reconciliation, Consumer Protection Laws, Corporate & Organizational Planning and Stock Market Operations. He is also involved in rendering opinion on Companies Act and other Corporate Laws, processing various petitions / applications with NCLT / MCA.

Nilam Ghundiyal is a Post Graduate in Commerce and has experience of working with Practicing Chartered Accountant Firm as well as Practicing Company Secretary Firm. Her key areas include Audit & Assurance, Advisory, Banking Due Diligence and Direct Taxes. She has regularly represented numerous clients in tax proceedings before Appellate and Assessment Authorities. She has experience as a Financial Advisor / Consultant of many Corporate Clients. Her ability to understand the business environment coupled with her sound financial and accounting background has enabled her to specialize in Advising Business Operations.

Vishal Sancheti

Vishal Sancheti

Vishal is a Chartered Accountant and CFA Level II Candidate. He has graduated from HR College of Commerce, Mumbai. Has worked with Suresh Surana & Associates (i.e. Member firm of RSM International), Mumbai and R. P. Goenka Group’s flagship Company KEC International Limited, Mumbai. He holds extensive experience in dealing with Capital Market Intermediaries, Credit Rating Agencies and Bankers.

He has managed Main Board & SME Public Issues. He has handled more than 450 valuation transactions. He has worked on sophisticated and robust valuations including Business, Debt & Equity Instruments, Convertible Instruments and Intangible valuation.

He also specialises in Due Diligence of Alternative Investment Funds (“AIFs”) and advises Clients in finalising of fund documents like Private Placement Memorandum, Investment Manager Agreement, Trust Deed & Contribution Agreement.

He has worked on valuations for Inbound & Outbound Investments) under FEMA Regulations, Fairness Opinion under SEBI Regulations and ESOP Valuations. He has handled valuation exercise for Portfolio Companies of Private Equity funds based in tax heavens. He regularly advises on transactions like Demergers, Takeovers, Private Placements, Slump Sale, Rights Issue and Purchase Price Allocation (“PPA”) Study. He has been involved in providing advisory in Family Disputes, Financial Due Diligence, Acquisitions and Corporate Governance.

He joined Galactico with exposure in the field of Corporate Audit Services, System Review, Management / Internal Audits, Statutory Audits, Corporate Accounting, Drafting of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Manual, and Fixed Asset Management. Apart from this, Vishal focuses on compliance assurance from management standpoint. He provides value addition to the clients in form of control lapses and proactive compliance management so as to avoid regulatory traps. Vishal is a matured solution oriented person to partner clients beyond accounting and tax solutions like Cost Reduction strategies, Internal Control Review, Implementation of ERP and MIS. Vishal has also carried out audits of various listed, large and medium size corporate clients.

Laxmikant (LK) is a charismatic leader with 33+ years of diverse market experience. Having worked in India and China, he has travelled through and done business in the USA, Central Europe, South East Asia, the Middle East and East Africa. He began his career at Bajaj in the production department before leading transformations for multinational manufacturing companies in China as a COO, while also becoming proficient in Mandarin. In the past decade, LK launched and led a successful technology services company, bringing value to domestic & international clients through digitalisation, particularly for manufacturing clients leveraging his passion for the field and deep domain expertise built up over 2+ decades

and due diligence. He has successfully led multiple

His extensive background in auditing both government
and private entities across various industries enables
